Asif Khalid

Founder/CEO

Asif is a dynamic, proven leader in food and beverage strategy and innovation. Over 14 years with 7-Eleven, he has led product development & innovation for both dispensed & ready-to-drink beverages for one of the world’s largest retailers. In addition, Asif has also been a successful Operations & Execution leader for a $250M business unit with a team of 150 people.

Craig Ablin

Chief Operating Officer

Craig has 22 years of operational results in the beverage industry. He optimized and created Supply Chains at Procter & Gamble and Lassonde Pappas. Craig also led a $400M Sales function growing revenue 42% during an industry recession.

Jason Glickman

Chief Operating Officer

Jason is the Managing Partner at Tribal Ventures, a seed stage investment firm. Prior, Jason was the Co-founder of Telaria (Rebranded Magnite NASDAQ: MGNI) where he raised more than $100MM in venture capital and lead the company as CEO and then Chairman from inception to IPO.

Jim Mizes

Jim is known as a “first follower" helping founders and entrepreneurs bring their vision to life and scale their brands. Jim led Blaze Pizza to become the fastest restaurant chain to 300 units in history, while perfecting a new service model. He is a visionary and a systems specialist. Additionally, Jim was President of Noah’s Bagels, Freebirds World Burrito, and was a senior executive at Jamba Juice.

Atul Sood

Atul is the Chief Business Officer for Kitchen United. Prior to his role with Kitchen United, Atul was Director of Business Development for McDonald’s Global Digital organization where he was responsible for launching and managing McDonald’s food delivery partnerships. Atul began his career in investment banking at CIBC and he also founded and sold his own start-up in the sales technology space.

Hilary Welch

Hilary is an innovative food scientist and product development leader with over a decade of experience in the natural beverage space. As Director of Innovation at Sun Orchard, LLC, she developed over 50 juice-based products for national retailers and restaurant chains such as Kroger, Sam’s Club, Panera Bread and Wendy’s.
